ENTRIES & WAITLIST
Due to the space available at our venue and the resources required for Old Mates BYU, only 100 tickets are available for the 2022 event.
Far North Queensland locals (from the Whitsunday's north to the Peninsula) are provided with priority entry for the first 24 hours from 7pm Sunday July 24. You must simply click the "I Have A Code" button and enter your postcode (this will be checked to ensure you are a FNQ local).
Entries will open to the wider running community from 7pm Monday July 25.
WHAT IF I MISS OUT?
There is a waitlist for the 2022 event. If you miss out, enter via the registration page and you will be placed on the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be informed via email and asked to complete your registration.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
You've registered but can't make it to the event due to illness, injury or other circumstances? See your options below;
REFUND (only available until Friday October 14):
We will provide you with a full refund minus a small admin fee. Your entry will then be open for the next person on the waitlist
TRANSFER TO 2023 (available up until event start on Saturday October 29):
You can transfer your entry to 2022. We will hold your registration fee and hold your place for the 2023 event
If I can't make the event, can I transfer my entry to someone else?
No. As we have an extensive waitlist, your entry will be allocated to the next person in line on the waitlist. Your options are refund or transfer as noted above.
I can't make the event, but I've also purchased merchandise?
You can have someone else pick up your merchandise for you during the event, pick your merchandise up after the event from Smurf & Smurfette on Aplin Street in Cairns, or have it posted to you (this will incur a small fee to cover postage)
